March detached home benchmark prices in North Vancouver came in at $922,764, .5% below last March. Detached home sales year-to-date were up 36.6% from last year, while average monthly listings rose 18.5%.
Year-to-date townhome sales in March were up 3.1% from last year, while average monthly listings were up 8.7%. The benchmark price of $637,633 is up 4.6% from one year ago.
Condominiums in North Vancouver reached an average benchmark price of $388,304, down 4.9% from last March. Year-to-date sales were up 20.2%, while listings averaged 3.2% below those of last year.
