Year-to-date detached home sales in March were up 32% from one year ago, while average monthly listings increased 11.1%. The average March benchmark price reached an all-time high of $866,806, up 8.3% from March 2010.
March 2011 Greater Vancouver townhome sales year-to-date were up 13.4%, while average monthly listings incresed 8.3%. The benchmark price reached a high of $511,039, up 3.6% from twelve months ago.
The Greater Vancouver condominium benchmark price rose 2.1% from last March to $403,885. Year-to-date condominium sales were up 10.1% from last year, while average monthly listings were down 5.3% over this period.
