North Vancouver Homes - The Q Report June 2010.06

After reaching an all time high average benchmark price of $938,235 in April, June detached home prices dipped back to $888,127, still 9.4% higher than June 2009. Detached home sales in June were down 26.8%, while listings of homes for sale were up slightly from last June.

North Vancouver townhouse sales declined by 50.7% from last June, though 2010 year-to-date sales are equal to those of 2009. The benchmark price of $599,277, while down from the high reached last month, was up 8.6% from last June.

Condominiums reached an average benchmark price of $389,222, up 9.6% from last June. Sales declined 39.2% from one year ago, while year-to-date condo sales remain 8.8% higher than the same period last year. Listings this month were up 17.8% from June 2009.
