North Vancouver Homes - The Q Report May 2009.05

At an average benchmark price of $782,117, May detached home prices remained unchanged from last month, though down 15.5% from one year ago. The number of detached homes sold in May rose 31.4% from one year ago, reaching the highest level since May 2007. The supply of detached homes on the market climbed 14% from last month.

North Vancouver townhouse benchmark prices rose 2.8% from last month, while sales were up 18.4%. Listings fell by 41% from one year ago.

Condominium prices rose 1.6% from last month, while sales were up 22.6%. Listings grew by 55.1% over April.
