The number of detached Squamish homes sold in August more than doubled from one year ago, and rose 40% from last month. Despite this surge, year to date sales still fall short of 2008 sales by 17.8%. Prices were up 1.1% from one year ago while listings declined 20.6%
Squamish townhouse and condominium sales in August rose 7.7% from last August. Listings rose 22.5% from one year ago.
