The number of detached Squamish homes sold in May rose 63.6% from last month. Prices declined 17.9% from May 2008, while listings equalled those of one year ago.
Squamish townhouse and condominium sales in May fell short of May 2008 by 26.9%, but more than doubled since last month. Listings rose 5.2% from last May.
