The number of detached Squamish homes sold in March declined 50% from last year, as the average benchmark price fell 8.5% to $530,025. March inventory levels fell 45.8% from March 2008.
Squamish townhouse and condominium sales in March fell short of March 2008 sales by 77.1%. Inventory levels this March were down 32.7%, due, in part, to the leveling off of new building construction.
