Detached Homes - While the November benchmark detached home price of $587,169 rebounded up 7.9% from one year ago, and up 11.5% from last month, the number of detached Squamish homes sold year-to-date has declined 37.9% from this time last year. November inventory levels were up 17.6% from one year ago.
Townhouses & Condominiums - November year to date sales of Squamish townhouses and condos have declined by 47.2% from this period last year. Availability of townhouses and condos fell by 6.7% from November of last year.
