Squamish sales for the month of November #4 detached home sales, #2 Attached and #1 apartment sale.
We saw a decline in listings detached homes at #20 compared to #29 in October, Attached listing were down to #9 as compared to #14 in Oct, Apartment listings were up at #19 as compared to #12 in October that was because Solterra Eagle Wind development listed #14 units in November.
