Overall Squamish year-to-date sales were down 37.5% from the same period last year. Listings are down 48.1% from October 2007.
Detached Homes: At a benchmark price of $526,473, detached home prices are down 6.4% from one year ago. The number of detached Squamish homes sold year-ro-date has declined 32.0% from this time last year. October inventory levels are down 19.4% from October 2007.
Townhouses and Condominiums: October year-to-date sales of Squamish townhouses and condos have declined by 41.1% from this period last year. Inventory took a big hit this month as units were down 62.9% from October of last year.
