Detached Homes in Squamish reached a benchmark price of $565,643, up 12.7% from one year ago, but down 12.4% from last month's all time high. The number of detached homes sold in August fell 65.5% from August 2007, while inventory levels fell 12.8% from this time last year.
August year-to-date sales of Squamish townhouses and condos have declined by 36.4%. Inventory levels have climbed 17.6% iin the past twelve months.
