At a benchmark price of $646,070, detached home prices in Squamish are up 29.2% from one year ago - an increase significantly greater than the 5.4% increase experienced in Metro Vancouver.The number of detached homes sold in July fell 51.7% from July 2007. Contrary to the trend in Metro Vancouver, Squamish inventory levels are consistent with those of one year ago.
