At an average benchmark price of $883,972, detached home prices were up 4.3% over last July, but down 1.1% from last month. The number of detached homes sold declined 33% from July 2007, a significant dip in the 21.9% year-to-date decline from this time last year. Detached homes available for sale in July increased by 20.3% from Juy 2007.
North Vancouver townhouse prices were up 5% from one year ago. Sales were down 34.8% in July, significantly lower than the year-to-date decline of 19.4%.
While condominium prices in North Vancover were up 3.4% from July 2007, the number of condo sales has fallen 33%. Year-to-date sales are down 21.9% from last year.
