North Vancouver Homes - The Q Report June 2008.06

At an average benchmark price of $893,639, detached home prices were up 4.7% over last June, but down 3.4% from last month's record high. The number of detached homes sold is down 40.9% from June 2007, a significant dip in the 20.4% year-to-date decline from this time last year. Detached homes available for sale in June increased by 43% from June 2007.

North Vancouver townhouse prices were up 8.1% from one year ago. Sales were down 43.1% in June, significantly lower than the year-to-date decline of 16.5%.

While condominium prices in North Vancouver were up 4.4% from June 2007, the number of condo sales has fallen 44.9%. Year-to-date sales are down 20% from last year.
