Detached homes in Squamish reached a benchmark price of $588,715, up 20.1% from one year ago - an increase significantly greater than the 8.4% increase experienced in Metro Vancouver. The number of detached homes sold in May bucked the trend, showing an increase of 23.1% over May 2007. Inventory levels have remained stable for the past three months, but are up 11.4% from twelve months ago.
Townhouses and Condominiums
While sales of Squamish townhouses and condos combined have declined by 49% from May 2007, inventory levels have remained stable.
