Detached homes in Squamish reached a benchmark price of $591,919 in April, 2008, up 25.6% from one year ago. Though April year-to-date sales have fallen off 18.5% from last year, sales for the month of April are on par with April 2007. Inventory levels have risen by 69%.
April 2008 year-to-date sales of attached Squamish homes have increased by 33.3% over last year.
