Prices of detached homes in North Vancouver were up 11.7% over last April, reaching a benchmark price of $913,457 iin April 2008. While the number of detached homes sold increased 4.6% over last month, sales were down by 6.6% from twelve months ago.
North Vancouver condominium prices were up 5.8% over April 2007 reaching a benchmark prices pf $391,673. The number of condos sold April year-to-date has declined by 7.7% over this period last year, with a significant dip of 27.8% occurring in April. The number of units available on the market has increased 65.6% from last April.
