Detached homes in Squamish reached a benchmark price of $579,496 in March 2008, up 25.5% from one year ago. With prices up, the inventory rose by 45.5%, while the number of sales declined by 41.7% from March 2007.
Construction of apartments and townhouses is still underway in Squamish. Good deals can still be found in both new and pre-sales units.
