Prices of detached homes were up 14% over March 2007 and 5.3% over last month, reaching an all-time high of $928,636 in March 2008. While the number of detached homes sold increased 33.3% over last month, sales were down by 10% from twelve months ago.
North Vancouver condominium prices were up 10.9% over March 2007, reaching a benchmark price of $401,764 in March 2008. The number of condos sold declined over this period, as did the units available for sale by 9.7% and 5.9% respectively.
