West Vancouver detached home prices in February 2008 reached a benchmark price of $1,476,600, which was 25.4% over February of last year. Sales of detached homes increased by 16.7%, while the inventory available on the market increased by 64%. Condomium prices in West Vancouver climbed by 29.4% in the past twelve months.
