Prices of North Vancouver detached homes were up 11.2% over last February, but down slightly from last month's high, coming in at $881,767. The number of units sold declined by 16.5%.
The inventory of North Vancouver attached homes and condominiums available for sale increased by 39.5% and 22.6% respectively over February 2007. Condominium prices over this period increased by 10.6%, reaching a benchmark price of $393,958.
