The December 2007 benchmark price of $505,208* for detached Squamish homes was up 20.6% from December 2006. Unit sales for the year were up 3.1% over 2006. With ongoing construction of new apartment and townhouse developments in Squamish, the number of condo sales increased by 69.7% over 2006. Good buys are still available in both new and pre-sales units.
