We expect Whistler prices to continue to increase commensurate with the increase in activity as we approach 2010. The number of attached homes and condominiums sold tripled in 2007.

Whistler is just starting to move up, there still are some good deals to be had, and Pemberton offers outstanding value. If you bought a Whistler chalet when I first called it a buy last year you would be up 15% to 20% today!
